The challenges
Logic Health needed a portal to provide their key customers with quantitative metrics of their medical and functional assessments. Prior to the customer portal, Logic’s customer challenges included
- No visibility of cases and their respective status/date of assessment
- No visibility of the total cases referred for the day, week, month and quarter
- No ability to see all their cases, date opened, invoiced, location of appointments and other case information
- Customers had to call Logic Health to make bookings, enquire about the status of each appointment which led to administrative problems and delays in communicating information to departments
- Due to the complexity of booking a medical assessment including specifics and type of medical the process was not able to be completed in a few minutes, it took back and forth calls, emails and communication often spanning 2-3 days or more
Software Delivery and Platform Solutions
Development of the customer portal project consisted of multiple 2-3 week sprint deliveries, ensuring that there were testable features deployed regularly, and feedback from Logic Health could be incorporated throughout the entire project lifecycle. This included Integrations with their CMS which included ODBC calls on the backend to fetch information related to cases.
In addition to the custom-built Logic Health customer portal, they leveraged AtlasOne a SaaS enterprise platform that specialises in customer engagement and data platform. The platform solved Logic’s booking problems by allow Logic health to surface their clinic’s appointment availabilities across their network in real-time thus allowing customers to book medicals into open and available slots in their open schedule.
The use of AtlasOne also enabled Logic Health to X2-3 their bookings / appointments due to the removal of the old cumbersome process which required customers to call / email to make bookings, liaise with the clinic to determine availability and call the customer back to confirm the process.
